The unlock is a one-time payment of $29.99 per decision for digital content (the full report, fair-price read, and comparison) that is delivered immediately after payment.

EU right of withdrawal

As an EU consumer you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal. Because the unlock is digital content delivered instantly, at checkout you consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that the statutory withdrawal right ends once delivery has begun, as EU consumer law provides.

Our promise anyway

We want the report to have been worth it. Regardless of the above:

• If something was broken (your report failed to generate, showed clearly wrong data we cannot correct, or you were charged twice), contact us within 14 days and we will refund in full.
• If you unlocked by mistake and have not used the paid features, contact us within 48 hours and we will refund in full.

How to request one

Email contact@cashango.com from your account email with a short description. Refunds go back to the original payment method via Stripe, usually within 5 to 10 business days.
